By using this website and/or booking a session with Carpenter Visuals, you agree to the following terms:

  • All photos are copyright Carpenter Visuals & Martin26Photos unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • A 15% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your session date.
  • Sessions are subject to availability and confirmation by email.
  • Late arrivals or cancellations may result in reduced shoot time or forfeiture of the deposit.
  • Final images will be delivered digitally via online gallery within [insert delivery time, e.g., 1-2 weeks].

3. Image Use Policy

Clients are welcome to download, print, and share their final images for personal use. We love when clients tag us on Instagram (@martin26photos)!

However, images may not be altered, resold, or used for commercial purposes without written permission. We reserve the right to feature selected images from sessions in our portfolio or social media unless the client requests otherwise in writing.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand that things come up! If you need to cancel or reschedule your session, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance.

The 15% deposit paid at the time of booking is non-refundable, but it can be applied to a future session if rescheduled with adequate notice.
